INDOOR TRACK

The Dale City Track Club (DCTC) indoor track season is designed for athletes ages 7 - 18. DCTC’s winter/indoor track program serves as an off-season conditioning and skill development program aimed at preparing athletes for the spring/summer outdoor track season.

Indoor Season includes a series of training sessions to assist athletes in developing and enhancing fundamental running techniques and building strength and endurance.

Lightning’s Indoor Season is the perfect supplement to HIGH SCHOOL practices and meets. High School athletes have the option to compete in indoor meets (if not scheduled to compete with the school meet) and have a routine strength training/injury prevention regime
