Outdoor Season

⚡ SEASON OVERVIEW

Our Outdoor Season offers skill development for athletes interested in competing in the sport of track and field. The season moves as fast as our Lightning athletes.  Prior experience is not required and there are no try-outs; all levels welcome.  We pride ourselves on developing youth athletes.

Our High School Outdoor Season is designed for athletes competing with their high school team to supplement their VHSL season with additional speed, conditioning and Strength Training, in addition to the athlete’s desire to compete on the Club summer circuit i.e., AAU and USATF Jr. Olympics.

The regular Outdoor Season runs from April 6 through May 31.

Outdoor Season is open for athletes ages 7 - high school.

Athletes competing in the post season / championship Outdoor Season continue through the end of July.
